Crustless Quiche Tart



This crustless quiche tart is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that's perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a light dinner. It's packed with flavorful vegetables and cheesy goodness without the hassle of making a crust.

Ingredients:

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 1 cup chopped vegetables e

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg optional

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 375F 190C

Grease a tart pan or pie dish

In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and milk until well combined

Stir in grated cheese, chopped vegetables, salt, pepper, and nutmeg if using

Pour the mixture into the greased tart pan or pie dish

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the quiche is set and lightly golden on top

Allow it to cool slightly before slicing and serving
