Quick and Easy Macaroon Recipe

Ingredients:
- 2 cups shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
In a large bowl, mix together the shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, almond extract, and a pinch of salt until well combined
Using your hands, shape the mixture into small balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet
Bake the macaroons in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until they turn golden brown
Remove the macaroons from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely
