  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for brushing
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish optional

Instructions:

Set your oven to 475F 245C before you start cooking

On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to the thickness you want

Place the dough on a pizza stone or baking sheet after it has been rolled out

Add a little olive oil to the dough and brush it on

Evenly spread the Alfredo sauce over the pizza dough, making sure to leave a little space around the edges for the crust

Spread out half of the mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce

On top of the cheese, put the chopped artichoke hearts and fresh spinach leaves

Put the artichokes and minced garlic on top of the spinach

If you want, you can also add red pepper flakes

Add the rest of the mozzarella cheese and the grated Parmesan cheese on top

Add pepper and salt to taste

It should be baked in a hot oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and a little browned

Take the pizza out of the oven and give it a minute or two to cool down

If you want, you can add fresh basil leaves as a garnish

Enjoy your tasty Spinach Artichoke Pizza after you cut it up and serve it
