Creamy Peanut Butter Fudge
Ingredients:
- 2 cups creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
Instructions:
Put parchment paper around the edges of a 9x9-inch square baking pan, leaving some overhang on the sides to make it easy to take off later
Put the peanut butter and unsalted butter in a bowl that can go in the microwave
For 30 seconds at a time, stir the mixture every 30 seconds until it is completely melted and smooth
Add the vanilla extract, salt, and powdered sugar and mix them in well
Mix the sweetened condensed milk into the fudge until it is smooth and all the ingredients are mixed in
Spread the fudge mixture out evenly in the baking pan that has been prepared
Put the fudge in the fridge for at least two hours, or until it sets
When the fudge is set, use the extra parchment paper to lift it out of the pan
Cut it into squares by putting it on a cutting board
